She has gathered huge experience working as Lecturer at different University and an Associate member of Sheikh and Chowdhury and currently as the Partner of Saha’s Law Chamber.
Elin Imon Saha is a Barrister from University of Law, UK and an L.L.B Graduate from University of London, UK. His expertise are of Value Added Tax (VAT) Customs Duties and Income tax matters. He has served as Assistant Attorney General for Bangladesh for the past 5 years (2019-2024). He has accrued vast experience through his consultancy in Banking, Admiralty, Arbitration, Labour Law, Corporate & Commercial, Constitutional & Administrative, Employment and Energy. He became an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the Year 2023. He has trained himself working in diverse sectors starting from, NGO’s, Universities, Consultants of UN bodies, Banks & Financial Institutions and Mining Companies.
Md. Ibrahim Khalil has more than 12 years experience in the field of Civil, Criminal Labour Law Procedure, Constitutional & Administrative, Employment, Labour Court, Land Law, and Securities. He became an Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the Year 2013. Being well trained under the Chamber of Barrister Shafique Ahmed & Associates, he is a prominent Advocate in the Legal Arena.
Mahfuzur Rahman Khan graduated with a LL.B (Hons), LL.M and completed his MSS (Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice) from University of Dhaka. Representing different Banks, he worked for specialized law firm with regard to realizing debts under the ArthaRin Adalat Ain and Negotiable Instrument Act. He has vast experience working as Associate of K.H. Sarker and Associates and specialized in preparing and drafting documents related to Lower Judiciary, Labour Court, Patent and Trade Mark issues, foreign exchange, which is inclusive of reviewing credit, documentations preparing security documents and conducting due-diligence on complex land matters.
